Payment must be made at the time of service.
For long-distance trips or rides far from the driver’s location, a deposit may be required in advance to confirm the booking.
There are no cancellation fees, but we kindly ask that you inform us as early as possible.
TURBO is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.
Misuse of our services may result in denial of future bookings.
